Harrow Council has been allocated funding from the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) Household Support Fund to support vulnerable households facing a rise in the cost of living. This grant is called the Household Support Fund (HSF). The funding is available from 1 April 2024 and must be spent by 30 September 2024.

The Council is partnering with Citizens Advice Harrow to deliver financial support by distributing part of the HSF grant to eligible residents in the form of vouchers.
